School Pocket Folders
School pocket folders give your school a branded folder that keeps student work, handouts, and forms organized and protected. Built from sturdy cardstock with custom sizes for letter and A4, these folders are printed in full CMYK or Pantone with your school crest, colors, and options for matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, and die-cut pockets. The pockets hold worksheets and reports securely, prevent bending and loss, and look consistent across grades. Choose custom sizes with single or double pockets and custom business card slits to suit your needs. Order wholesale from 100 folders with free dieline and 3D mockup for approval before production. Ideal for schools and educational programs that want a durable, branded folder that assembles easily, ships flat, and makes every handout look organized and professional.

Crafted from durable paper stocks, they offer a polished look and feel superior to plastic alternatives. Enhance them with business card slits to ensure your contact information is always within reach. Sized for standard documents, the folder keeps handouts, forms and prospectuses together at open days and parent evenings. UV coating protects the print through repeated handling, and the fold is built without prongs or brads so documents slide in cleanly. Bulk printing is quoted on quantity, paper stock and finish, so a term’s requirement can be costed in advance. Order the exact quantity the department needs, and the artwork stays on file so next year’s run matches this one.

Artwork Preparation Guide
Welcome to Alpha Global Packaging’s Artwork Preparation Guide. Ensure a seamless process by following these steps: use high-resolution images, incorporate brand colors, outline fonts, and submit in preferred formats. Our commitment to quality packaging begins with your artwork, and this guide ensures your designs come to life with precision and vibrancy. Let’s create packaging that truly represents your brand identity!
Cut Line (Black Lines):
The final size of the cut is indicated. Artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside the cut line.
Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):
To make it easy for the paper to be torn and folded, perforation lines are punched with very small holes.
Bleed Line (Green Lines):
An indication of where the bleed line is located. For seamless printing, artwork that goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line.
Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):
Specifies the safe placement area for artwork and text. Following industry standards, all artwork should be positioned at least 0.125 inches away from the cut line, unless the design calls for intentional placement closer to the edge.
Crease Line (Red Lines):
This indicates the location for folding the product.
