Cut Line (Black Lines):
The final size of the cut is indicated. Artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside the cut line.
Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):
To make it easy for the paper to be torn and folded, perforation lines are punched with very small holes.
Bleed Line (Green Lines):
An indication of where the bleed line is located. For seamless printing, artwork that goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line.
Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):
Specifies the safe placement area for artwork and text. Following industry standards, all artwork should be positioned at least 0.125 inches away from the cut line, unless the design calls for intentional placement closer to the edge.
Crease Line (Red Lines):
This indicates the location for folding the product.
